We approached the team from OSS to assist with our move from Australia to New Zealand. They quickly responded and after we provided them with an inventory list they came back with a quote. The quote was an estimate depending on actual weight and cubes of our entire consignment. However, the quote and actual consignment matched – which was great and meant we didn’t need to pay any extra.
At the time we were already in New Zealand, so the OSS team wrapped and packaged everything in Australia for us. The entire process was very professional, plenty of quality wrapping and boxes used, plus it was all nicely itemised on list with each box labelled. Everything arrived in New Zealand safely, with the exception of one painting where the glass broke. We were expecting more breakages and there were plenty of fragile items being sent over – so this was really pleasing that only one item broke.
