From the outset, OSS took full control and care of all our moving needs – I felt like a weight had been lifted from the start. Communication was clear, concise, informative and helped us to understand the process every step of the way. The packers were very professional and friendly arriving as planned and worked quickly and efficiently. Our Move Manager was excellent in providing updates and following up queries and was always prompt, courteous and friendly. I am so thankful we used this service and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking at moving.
