OSS are the local delivery partners for our shipment from New York to Sydney. As soon as Amelia Iskowicz got in touch to introduce herself and commence the customs and quarantine clearance part of the process I could tell she was across the details, timelines and process – probably better than our initial shipping partner from the US. She’s gone out of her way to resolve internal miscommunications and has been super responsive and helpful throughout. Thanks Amelia and here’s to getting our belongings delivered soon!
