We shipped our household goods from overseas in a 40’ container. OSS acted as the Receiving Agent, providing us with Customs and Quarantine Clearance into Australia. The shipment went into secure storage for six weeks as our house was still tenanted. On the day the four-person delivery team were great to work with, placing everything where we asked, always polite and responsive to every request. “Pleasure,” “Yes sir.” Wonderful to get those types of responses.
