OSS helped us with the second half of our overseas move from Vancouver, Canada to Manly, Australia. Jacqueline, reached out shortly after our goods were packed up in Vancouver to introduce herself, the company and what to expect bringing our goods into Australia. Her consistent communication, detailed emails and quick response to any and all of my questions made the import process completely stress free and really helped to manage our expectations around timings etc.
Once the goods cleared a delivery date was booked and the positive experience continued. Jay and Ali were extremely professional, friendly and swift with unloading and unpacking our container. I don’t have a single complaint about our overseas move with OSS and will recommend them to everyone we can.
