Denmark is recognised for its high standard of living, with the country performing at or near the top in measures of education, healthcare, and political freedom. Ranked as the happiest population in the world, Denmark is a perfect country to move to.
Denmark holds strong cultural and historical ties with its Scandinavian neighbours, Sweden and Norway and is regularly regarded as the happiest nation in the world. Once a Viking nation, Denmark is now one of the world’s most peaceful societies and are well-known for equality, sustainability and fun.
The country consists of more than 440 islands (of which 70 are inhabited). Ultimately this means that nowhere in Denmark is more than 50km from the sea, making it a gateway to other Scandinavian countries and the rest of Europe. Berlin is just an hour’s flight away, and London and Paris are under 2 hours.

Denmark’s climate is a temperate coastal climate, with January and February being the coldest months, with an average temperature of zero degrees celsius, and August is the warmest month, with an average temperature of sixteen degrees.
The largest cultural festival in Northern Europe is located within the ancient city of Roskilde, the home of the marvellous cathedral and Viking ships. Over 100,000 music lovers gather annually during the first week of July when the music festival takes place. The Viking history of Denmark is still continued in today’s activities, with Viking ships sailing the harbour by the Viking Ship Museum.

Please discuss these options & shipping times with your removal consultant, as shipping times will vary greatly for each destination when using this type of service over an FCL service.
